Susanne’s love of baking is infectious and her teaching explicit, which makes it so easy to duplicate the recipes when you get home. The small class size is perfect for being able to ask questions and the hands on, “bake, eat and take home” makes for a friendly and social morning. I learnt a lot even though I’d already felt comfortable with my own attempts at GF baking. I have attended three classes already and will go back again. Bon appetite!
